Shipping Policy

Skinhumanity orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking number. Before placing your order please ensure that your shipping address has been entered correctly. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to re-route or ship replacements.

If you package is "returned to sender" we will be in touch to arrange re-shipping. You will need to confirm your address and repay for shipping

*Please note that re-shipment fees may be higher than original shipping fee. 

If you package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it (ie: lost package), we will not be able to issue refund, please contact your shipping carrier.
