Return Policy
To maintain the safety of our products all sales are final. However, we will accept exchange, for items damaged in transit. Please note: Melted butters in transit do not qualify for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange please contact us at customercare@skinhumanity.com within 2 days of delivery of your order to alert us of the damage. Exchange requests received after 2 days will not be accepted.
Please allow 48 hours for response. Upon receipt of your exchange request we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund of the purchase price of your item.
When submitting for an exchange send us an email at customercare@skinhumanity.com with the order number, picture of the product damage, and we will do everything to assist you!
